For Ron “Scooter” Dyer

Posted January 30th, 2010 by Ms Tracy

Ron “Scooter” Dyer is a Vietnam Veteran and a friend of mine on Multiply.com. This video was made to tell the story of a promise he made to a friend shortly before that friend died in his arms on the field of battle in Vietnam. Ron asked if I would please help him get this video “out there” for others to see. So, Scooter, this is for you.

Thanks Ron. Welcome Home buddie. I am a Vietnam Vet 68-69. The dream of owning a Harley finaly came true for me 4 yrs ago. The freedom of the ride and the freedom we fought for makes it all good. The fallen heroes are in the back of my mine and always will be. There many that i didn’t know and there were few that i did now. Thank you, thank you, thank you for the day we have all been waiting for. “Vietnam Veterans day”. No matter where i am in the futur. I will always celabrate this day. Thanks…..!

P.S I hope that our country Leaders get on the band wagon with the AGENT ORANGE thing and bring it back to the Blue water sailors that so diserve it in its whole intireity. We are dieing at the hands of our own government. Thanks again.
