If you’ve been paying attention to the news lately, you know there was a pretty big battle over the weekend in Afghanistan. 8 of our troops made the ultimate sacrifice. One base was completely destroyed and 56 men lost all of their belongings except the clothes on their backs. The Army is working to replace uniforms for the men. But they need assistance with other personal items. And they NEED TO KNOW that we are thinking about them over here, too.
Please help fill their “needs” list below.
First and foremost, PRAYERS for the fallen & their families, as well as for these brave Warriors who continue the fight

Razors, toothbrushes, toothpaste, shaving cream (non aerosol) – Need enough for 56 men
The above items are the “immediate” needs.
Other suggestions are:
balaclavas, knit caps to fit under helmets (dark colors), winter gloves (dark colors and preferably water proof)
